傅军 Fu Jun
教授,博导,现任北京大学政府管理学院副院长,在政治经济系及企业与政府研究所从事教学与研究,兼任哈佛大学费正清研究中心研究员。他曾任职于中国外交部,执教于哈佛大学、香港大学、清华大学并担任清华公共管理学院副院长。此外,他还担任过跨国公司的咨询员、高级顾问,国内公司的顾问、独立董事以及深圳证券交易所第一届上市委员会委员。他是清华大学教育基金会顾问和北京大学教育基金会理事。
傅军的研究兴趣涉及国际投资、国际贸易、公司治理、政企关系。他是英语专著 Institutions and Investments: Foreign Direct Investment in China During an Era of Reforms (Ann Arbor: The University of Michigan Press, Studies in International Economics) 的作者。目前他主要从事竞争政策的研究,著有《反垄断与竞争政策:经济理论、国际经验及对中国的启示》(北京大学出版社)。他开设的课程包括:《国际政治经济》、《市场竞争和公共政策》、《国际贸易的政治经济分析》。
傅军本科毕业于北京外国语学院英语系,获文学学士,以后他先后获得外交学院外交和国际法法学学士,哈佛大学区域研究硕士和政治经济哲学博士学位。傅军获得过国内和国外多种学术奖,包括国家社会科学基金,Harvard Fellowship, Harvard Yenching Fellowship, Mellon Fellowship, FLAS Fellowship。他是World Economic Forum (世界经济论坛)成员;美中关系全国委员会 Young Leaders Forum (杰出青年论坛)成员;政策研究学术杂志 Journal of Comparative Policy Analysis: Research and Practice 的编委。

Fu Jun is professor of political economy at the School of Government, Peking University, and currently serves as the school’s deputy dean. He is also a research associate at the Fairbank Center for East Asian Research at Harvard University. Prior to his appointment at Peking University, he has taught at Harvard University, the University of Hong Kong, Tsinghua University and served as Tsinghua’s public policy school’s associate dean. In other personae, he has served as a foreign services officer with the Chinese Foreign Ministry, consultant and advisor for multinational firms, non-executive director for domestic firms, and member of Shenzhen Stocks Exchanges Listing Committee. He sits on the board of advisors/directors of several educational institutions, including Peking University Educational Foundation and Tsinghua University Educational Foundation.?
His research interests include international trade and investment, governance issues, business-government relations. He is the author of Institutions and Investments: Foreign Direct Investment in China during an Era of Reforms (Ann Arbor: The University of Michigan University, Studies in International Economics). Currently he is doing research on competition policy, and has co-authored (in Chinese) Antitrust and Competition Policy: Economic Theory, International Experience, and Implications for China (Peking University Press). The courses he has taught include International Political Economy; Market Competition and Public Policy, and Political Economy of International Trade. ?/span>
Fu Jun holds B.A. from Beijing Foreign Languages Institute, LL.B. from the Foreign Affairs College in Beijing, and A.M. and Ph.D. both from Harvard University. He has won a number of fellowships, including Fellowship for Young Scholars from China's Social Science Foundation, Harvard Fellowship, Harvard Yenching Fellowship, Mellon Fellowship, and FLAS Fellowship. He sits on the editorial board of Journal of Comparative Policy Analysis: Research and Practice. He is a fellow of the Young Leaders Forum of the National Committee on U.S.-China Relations, and a fellow of the World Economic Forum.
He was a competitive swimmer and continues to love sports.
